Citichoice Desk is a done-for-you customer messaging service. It is provided by CONFIRM: exact legal entity, registered address and contact email. Your footer says Citichoice LLC; your original project brief says Citichoice Technology Ltd.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email, business name and, if you choose, a short description of your business.
- Onboarding form: your contact details, information about how your business works, the tools you use, and any documents you choose to upload.
- When we run the service for you: conversations between your customers and your business, and the contact details your customers share with you.
- Website usage: CONFIRM: whether you use analytics or cookies on this site, and which
Our forms never ask for passwords, API keys, access tokens or payment card details.
How we use it
To reply to you, understand your needs, recommend a plan and set-up, build and run your service, bill you, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Your customers’ data
For conversations and customer details we handle on your behalf, you decide why and how they are used and we process them to provide the service. CONFIRM: whether you offer a Data Processing Agreement and where to find it
Who else handles information
- Email delivery for our forms and notifications uses Amazon SES.
- WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messages pass through Meta’s platforms.
- AI answers are produced with CONFIRM: name the AI provider(s), whether conversations are sent to them, whether they retain data, and that your data is not used to train models, if that is true
- Payments: CONFIRM: payment processor and any other subprocessors
How long we keep it
CONFIRM: retention periods for enquiries, unfinished onboarding drafts, uploaded documents and conversation data, and how deletion works after cancellation
Your rights and contact
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information. CONFIRM: contact email for privacy requests and the laws that apply to you, for example NDPR/NDPA
