WhatsApp Billing Rules
Three separate charges
- Monthly plan: team seats, inboxes and AI replies.
- Onboarding: a one-time fee for building and connecting your set-up.
- WhatsApp usage: what Meta charges for WhatsApp messages, plus a small handling fee. This is not part of your AI reply allowance.
What Meta charges for
Meta charges per WhatsApp message. The rate depends on the type of message and the country. Replying to a customer and sending a template or campaign message can be priced differently. Messenger, Instagram and website chat carry no Meta message fee, so the wallet is only used for WhatsApp.
